Sauvignon Blanc
Crystal clear, pale lemon yellow in color with expressive aromas of citrus, cut hay & touch of jasmine. The acid is focused, with flavors such as early season pears, apples & Meyer lemon shine through alongside floral notes of apple blossom.

Pinot Noir
Medium bodied scarlet in the glass. Aromas of cherry, crushed cranberries, souis bois and black currant explode out of the glass. Silky texture with bright acidity keeps this wine balanced and able to carry the bold red fruit and cola flavors. Secondary characteristics of dried shitake mushrooms, moss and rhubarb start to become apparent as the wine opens up adding an earthy complexity and depth. The fine grain tannins round out the palate, giving a deliciously savory finish to the wine.

Expressive aromas of red fruits, crushed raspberries with a touch of dried fennel. Deep red in the glass with crystal clear clarity. On the palate, the medium-bodied tannins complement the crisp acidity and savory undertones, as the big red fruit flavors wash across the palate. Finishing with generous expressions of blackcurrants, raspberries and a touch of plum with more subtle flavors of dried herbs, forest floor and crushed graphite.

Deep ruby in the glass, our Cabernet Sauvignon expresses aromas of red fruit, cocoa and espresso beans. On the palate the fruit leaps forth surrounded by dusty tannin’s that maintain a balanced palate texture. Underlying the initial fruit are secondary notes of cigar box, cedar and dark chocolate. This wine is cellar-worthy and will improve with age over the next decade.
